Mike will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s growing parts and service businesses, reporting to Scott Reed, ADCO’s Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Mr. McDonald brings with him many years of customer service experience with specialization in the food processing and packaging machinery aftermarket. He began his career with Oscar Mayer and Miller Brewing and has since held various field service and senior-level engineering and customer service management positions with Tetra Pak, Holmatic (now Oystar Packaging Technologies) and Zip Pak, an ITW Company.
